Barbers in Norwich are being trained to support customers with their mental health. It’s part of Norfolk-based campaign called the 12th Man which aims to encourage men to speak more openly about their struggles and tackle the stigma that is attached to this. A local community group called the Outsiders created the project and Sophie Wiggins went to find out more:
