‘Investigations should be into owners, not dogs’, says bully owner

Campaigns are calling for punishments for the owners, rather than the dogs, following another dog attack.

Two terriers were killed in Thetford Forest by what police described as two large dogs.

This comes after the prime minister, Rishi Sunak, announced plans to ban XL bully dogs after a spate of attacks.
