Norfolk Council buildings to go eco-friendly at cost of £80m

Norfolk County Council’s cabinet have agreed to move forward with plans to renovate council buildings, to make them more environmentally friendly.

The plan to retrofit nearly 200 buildings with greener heating will cost the council £80 million pounds.

Members of the cabinet are also asking residents and businesses to consider their own carbon footprints. George Cooke has more.
