Lawyers for the Mirror group have accused Prince Harry’s side of “wasting time” by not having him available to give evidence today.
Mirror representative, Andrew Green said: “It’s absolutely extraordinary we were told just last week that he is not available for day one of his own trial”.
The royal is taking action against Mirror Group Newspapers for hacking claims, but the MGN are saying their sources are from elsewhere, including other members of the royal family.
