Norfolk County Council to spend more than £80 million on own properties

Norfolk County Council is planning on spending more than £80 million to make its own properties more energy efficient as part of its drive to cut carbon emissions.

The project involves renovating over 200 council buildings. After a significant council tax rise, how will people feel about having to dig more out of their pockets to meet these costs?

Holly Clement will have a TV report by 4pm.
