According to the NHS, over 2 million people in the UK live with a visual impairment. With Norwich being such a historic city of art, it is no surprise that one organisation, Vision Norfolk with their new project ‘Sight Lines’, is helping those of us who can’t see art, experience the joy it brings in other ways.
